Rocky Ridge Learning Center does not grant Vacation Weeks.  In order for a student’s spot to be held, tuition must be paid.  


Child’s age, development and progress are all taken into consideration when determining placement.


Waiting list fee is $100.00.  This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards any other fee.


Deposit is equal to one week of childcare costs and is credited towards the last week of your child's enrollment.

More than one (1) child discount:  Families who have more than one (1) child enrolled full time, will receive a $50.00 per week discount on other enrolled full time children.

You may pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.


NOTE: To figure out the monthly payment you do the following:

(weekly amount × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = monthly amount).


Meal program:  Fee includes breakfast, lunch and snack.  You will find the monthly menu posted on the NEWS Tab and on the bulletin board in lobby.




Enrollment

How do I enroll and/or reserve a future space for my child?

Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child at Rocky Ridge Learning Center is simple:


(1)  Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us, learn more about what we have to offer, and meet some of the other children that we provide care for. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that both parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations.


(2) The registration process will begin.  You will be given a parent handbook, parent/provider contract, and various enrollment forms. Once they are read, completed, signed, returned, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved. The deposit is equal to one week of childcare costs and is credited towards the last week of your child's enrollment.


(3) Decide on a start date.
